Our newest clients have contracted
with us to design their custom home to be built on their property in an upscale
residential development in Southern, New Hampshire.
The home plan is customized for one story living, as well as for entertaining
guests and accommodating visiting family.
Custom features include a gourmet
kitchen with Viking and Subzero appliances and a large pantry, which will
assist our clients in entertain guests. A wet bar is conveniently placed in the living
area to aid in entertaining. Ample
dining space for up to 20 guests was incorporated into the floor plan space.
The home design also features two offices with abundant windows, creating
positive, sunny work areas for this busy couple. The spacious custom master
suite is configured for maximum flexibility. The laundry is conveniently
located within the bedroom suite.
The two second floor bedrooms have private baths and access to the media room
and loft, which will house a pool table. With several outside entertaining spaces, guest will enjoy a covered front
porch as well as a four-season porch with a built-in gas grill.
