Our clients, Jack and Debby, are building a custom luxury home on Mascoma Lake in Enfield, NH. The site work has begun! The contemporary style of this luxury home will maximize water views from almost every room in the house.
Entertaining family and friends is a necessity for this great couple. The home design features a large open floor plan with a spacious kitchen and dining room which open to the great room, allowing guests to socialize freely between rooms.
Energy efficiency is an equally important goal for the home. Utilizing both active and passive solar technologies in the design along with a partial timber frame and structural insulated panels, this new home is being designed to meet Energy Star certification, keeping its carbon footprint to a minimum.
