A corner lot designed within the development’s Architectural Review Board guidelines, an 18-month design-to-occupancy deadline, site disturbance regulations, restricted construction access and a cross country ski trail right-of-way through the rear of the property were the first major challenges of the design process. Meeting the client’s needs for entertaining and housing up to two dozen family and friends for winter ski vacations was a substantially less complicated second challenge and the resultant home provides a beautiful, welcoming home for generations to come.
