The Services We Provide: From Design to Build
Every design project is unique. We take the time to discuss your specific needs and provide an accurate estimate based on the size and complexity of your project and site conditions as well as your specific architectural services desired.
Compensation for architectural services are most commonly based upon, hourly fees, percentage of construction cost, stipulated fee or per square foot cost. Our preferred compensation method is a flat fee based upon the square footage (square foot cost) of the project. This provides you with a clearly defined cost for the design portion of the project.
We are pleased to provide estimates for your individual project. Architectural Design & Specifications Services:
The design of your home is the culmination of an intricate sequence of decisions made by many participants during both the design and construction process. Architectural Design Services Fees:
Our Architectural Design Services fees range from $10.00 - $16.00 per square foot of the proposed residence. Each project is extensively reviewed for size, complexity of design and site conditions prior to submitting a proposal.

Architectural Interior Design Services:
We strongly believe that architecture and interior design go hand in hand. Our preference is to simultaneously conduct both disciplines synergistically to realize the perfect result. Architectural Interior Design differs from traditional Interior Design services, for instance, furnishings, fabrics, art and decorations do not fall within our services. Our Architectural Interior Design Services encompass a range of options including:
