Architectural Designer/Drafter
Bonin Architects & Associates, an award winning and growing firm located in Meredith & New London, New Hampshire, is seeking an Architectural Designer/Drafter for a full-time position in our New London location.
Applicant should hold a professional degree in design, architecture or related degree with emphasis in residential construction or architecture or 4+ years related experience. Applicant should be fluent in Revit, Sketch-Up, and MS Office Suite (Twinmotion a bonus), ability to read, analyze and interpret information (sketches, etc.) in order to develop designs. Applicant should be self-motivated and be able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Responsibilities include design/drafting/modeling for residential and commercial projects under the supervision of the principal architect/ project managers and senior staff, participation in client and site meetings, material sourcing, field reporting, time tracking, correspondence & other project specific and office responsibilities. Firm offers room for growth into a project management role and supports pursuit of licensure.

Landscape Architect/Designer

Applicant should hold a professional degree in landscape architecture, five+ years of related professional experience, preferably in residential design. Applicant should be fluent in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, and MS Office Suite (Revit a bonus), have a strong knowledge of New England landscape plants, and be fully competent in all conventional aspects of landscape architecture. Applicant should be self-motivated and be able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
