MICHAEL PRITCHARD | BIM MANAGER | PROJECT MANAGER
Michael (Mike) Pritchard has spent the past 25 years living, working, and playing in the New Hampshire Lakes Region, where the natural beauty of the area continues to shape his design philosophy and commitment to community-centered work. As a Project Manager at Bonin Architects & Associates, he brings a thoughtful balance of creativity, technical knowledge, and leadership to every project.
He was recognized with the 2025 New Hampshire Home Award for "Up and Coming Professional (Under 40)" and is pursuing his Master of Business Administration to expand his knowledge in strategic planning, business development, and innovation in design.
Michael is also a published writer, where his article titled "Empowering Emerging Architects: Finding the Right Balance Between Autonomy and Mentorship Structures" highlights his dedication to supporting the next generation of design professionals.
He earned his Master of Architecture from Norwich University in 2015. As an undergraduate, he represented the university in the 2013 U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon, contributing to a fully functional, solar-powered home exhibited in Irvine, California.
Before joining Bonin Architects, Michael worked as an architectural software consultant at Microdesk, specializing in Autodesk Revit and helping firms across New England and internationally implement digital design strategies.
Finally, he is an FAA Certified Drone Pilot (Cert. #4697505), an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and a proud member of Plan NH, an organization committed to advancing excellence in community planning and design across the state.
